Whether you are planning a year out or just a few months away, Whimsical Event Studio will alleviate the stress of planning while helping you create the event of your lifetime—all while staying within your budget and on your timeline. Our Sophia Collection is an event management package that is an ideal option for the couple that has already taken care of all the wedding planning and vendor selections; but would like the comfort of having an experienced planner in place on the “day of” the event, and to tie up any loose ends. It is for the couple that wants to turn it over and delegate the final key elements so they can breathe; enjoy their friends and family without worry of logistical wedding details. In this collection, I will step in sixty (60) days prior to your event to finalize all details so that you can rest assure that everything runs smoothly and that your dream wedding becomes a reality.
Our Genevieve Collection is the perfect fit for couples who have a good handle on the planning process but would like for us to meet you halfway and hand it over. It is for the couple who desires the guidance of an industry professional to keep them on track and within their financial budget. In this collection, the couple must have already secured the core elements such as the venue and reception, as well as the floral designer. Our team will take it from there to assist in scouting and helping you select the remaining vendors (up to 3), to help make your day special. This collection includes custom design + styling in which we will begin working with you six (6) months prior to your wedding day in effort to assist you in curating the overall look and feel of your wedding; and pulling inspo from all things you love. Together we can create the wedding of your dreams!
Our standard Juliet Collection is hands-on and designed to manage your entire event from proposal to the last song of the reception. Wedding planning is quite time consuming in which many working couples do not have time to plan their event without the worry of missing important details. This is a comprehensive package that entails full-service wedding planning + styling and creating your wedding day aesthetic. Wedding planning can be a full-time job, so we are happy to help alleviate the stress from start to finish and help break out the planning process into manageable steps so that you can enjoy your engagement and big day.
A La Carte Options (add-ons)
A la Carte services are designed and available through our in-house Creative Design team; and is available as add-ons or can be standalone services for select events. Contact us for more information.
RSVP management is critical to success of an event. Do you want to minimize the worry of your “invited guests” bringing a + 1 or people who are “not invited”? Do you want to confirm that only “adult guests” are in attendance of your event? Are you faced with guest who invite themselves to your wedding in which you discover their attendance on the “day of” your event? No worries! Leave the guest count and management to us. Through or online RSVP Management platform, you will have ongoing access to your guest count. Our Genevieve collection includes up to 25 guests and our Juliet collection includes up to 50 guests.
Custom Photo Backdrops (photos or dessert table):
A custom backdrop is gorgeous when taking memorable photos for an event and/or when setting up the aesthetic of a fabulous dessert table. Our in-house design team can provide a custom designed backdrop + design the dessert table (food items not included but will partner with a vendor of choice for sweets). Equipment used in the backdrop is rental only. An example of equipment is utilizing a boxwood hedge wall with balloon artistry, paper flowers, custom lettering, or florals.
Paper Flowers/Balloon Artistry Backdrop:
There’s something whimsical about creating custom paper flowers! You’ll be amazed with the wonderful things we can create with a little bit of paper coupled with our modern & sometimes vintage, boxwood hedge walls and floral walls. The boxwood hedge walls have been on the scene for several years now and is sure to be a hit! Whether it’s a photo backdrop for your bridal shower or making a statement at your wedding dessert table, this beautiful craft is memorable. Custom Chair Sashes & Bows:
We are creatives at heart, and we create fabulous chair sashes and bows that add styling to your event. Such chair adornments and can add “just the right touch” to the overall wedding aesthetic.
- Welcome Bags – design, assembly, and delivery to hotel for your out of town guests – $250 +
- Planning + Coordination of engagement parties, showers etc. – $500 +
- Coordination of rental returns – $250 +
- Coordination of hotel accommodations and bookings (up to 25 guest increments) – $250 +
