We realize most couples don’t have time to dedicate themselves to such rigorous planning between work life balance, so that’s where we can help! Whether you are planning a year out or just a few months away, Whimsical Event Studio will alleviate the stress of planning while helping you create the event of your lifetime—all while staying within your budget and on your timeline. We’re all about reminding our couples that this day is about them; and it should feel natural and authentic. Our Sophia Collection is an event management package that is an ideal option for the couple that has already taken care of all the wedding planning and vendor selections; but would like the comfort of having an experienced planner in place on the “day of” the event, and to tie up any loose ends. It is for the couple that wants to turn it over and delegate the final key elements so they can breathe; enjoy their friends and family without worry of logistical wedding details. In this collection, I will step in sixty (60) days prior to your event to finalize all details so that you can rest assure that everything runs smoothly and that your dream wedding becomes a reality.
Our Genevieve Collection is the perfect fit for couples who have a good handle on the planning process but would like for us to meet you halfway and hand it over. It is for the couple who desires the guidance of an industry professional to keep them on track and within their financial budget. In this collection, the couple must have already secured the core elements such as the venue and reception, as well as the floral designer. Our team will take it from there to assist in scouting and helping you select the remaining vendors (up to 3), to help make your day special. This collection includes custom design + styling in which we will begin working with you six (6) months prior to your wedding day in effort to assist you in curating the overall look and feel of your wedding; and pulling inspo from all things you love. Together we can create the wedding of your dreams!
Our standard Juliet Collection is hands-on and designed to manage your entire event from proposal to the last song of the reception. Wedding planning is quite time consuming in which many working couples do not have time to plan their event without the worry of missing important details. This is a comprehensive package that entails full-service wedding planning + styling and creating your wedding day aesthetic. Wedding planning can be a full-time job, so we are happy to help alleviate the stress from start to finish and help break out the planning process into manageable steps so that you can enjoy your engagement and big day.
A la Carte Services are available for add-on to any of our Wedding Planner Packages or can be standalone services for select events such as Bridal Showers, Corporate Events, Social Networking Events, and Birthday Parties.
RSVP Tracking + Multi-Day Events:
- RSVP Tracking – Our RSVP Tracking Service helps to alleviate the stress and worry of confirming guest attendance. Through our online RSVP Management platform, we will track and manage the process.
- Bridal Shower Planning – Includes scouting venue location, two (2) vendor recommendations, styling the event, and assisting the Maid of Honor with planning.
- Planning of ONE additional weekend event – such as a Welcome Party for friends and out-of-town guests or a Post-Wedding Brunch as a farewell to family and close friends.
- Rehearsal Dinner Planning – for the two families, the wedding party, and out-of-town guests. Includes scouting a venue/restaurant and Tablescape Design.
ACCOMMODATIONS + GIFT BAGS:
- Hotel Room Blocks (up to 3 hotels) Includes planning, researching, obtaining pricing, proposals, contracts, and updating your wedding website with booking details so that your guests can easily view accommodations.
- Welcome Bags – Assembly of welcome bags + delivery to the hotel for guests. Includes suggesting gift bag items, presentation box ideas.
- Hotel Guests/Transportation – Applicable to weddings with multiple locations. We will assist with coordinating transportation for the wedding party to the ceremony and reception. Highly recommended to ensure that everyone arrives timely.
RENTALS & BACKDROP OPTIONS:
- Boxwood Hedge Wall Backdrop (10×10) – This can be styled with balloon artistry, paper flowers, custom lettering, or florals.
- Flower Wall – Pink/White Backdrop (10×10) – Great for photos or as a standalone backdrop. Our most popular backdrop that is used for various events.
- Shimmer Wall Backdrop (8ft by 8ft) – Iridescent shimmer wall that makes the perfect photo backdrop.
- Square Grid Wedding Backdrop (6ft x 6ft)– White metal backdrop perfect for any party decor or reception.
- Wedding Ceremony Arch (8ft x 8ft) – Round Hoop / White Iron Arch which is perfect for an outdoor ceremony or event.
Custom Chair Sashes & Bows:
We are creatives at heart, and we create fabulous chair sashes and bows that add styling to your event. Such chair adornments and can add “just the right touch” to the overall wedding aesthetic.
Whimsy Bridal Box Subscription:
We offer a variety of bridal box subscriptions throughout your engagement period. You’ll enjoy receiving a monthly box filled with all things wedding, keepsakes, and glamour. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn more.
CORPORATE EVENTS + WORKSHOPS:
The team at Whimsical Event Studio is adept at planning Corporate Workshops and Workplace Events. Specifically, our senior management team has an extensive background in Human Resources Management and can assist with bringing teams together whether it be through training workshops or simply for fun. We can plan Conferences, Executive Leadership Meetings, Coaching and Development Series for Supervisors, Holiday Galas/Parties, Award Ceremonies, and any Fundraiser Events. As well, we can assist with administering Employee Engagement Surveys as a third party and recommend a course of action to improve engagement. We’re experts at bringing together businesses, clients, and employees in an effort to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.
On behalf of your company, we will manage the details of your corporate event through research, design décor, creative direction, and coordinating with your in-house technical support team to facilitate sound and video for your workshops. We understand the importance of ensuring your event is productive and reflects positively on the company. We will plan and execute that perfect corporate gathering and provide assistance with budget management as well.
